​Job Description:
Manage and operate a sushi bar which includes managing employees, maintaining inventory, building relationships with clients and making fine sushi.
Requirements:
Minimum two years experience working at a sushi bar (Yummi Sushi will offer additional training). Must have a good command of the English language and people skills. Must also be friendly, outgoing, reliable, and customer-oriented. Food service experience is a plus.
