POSITION TITLE:
Finance Manager
POSITION DUTIES:
Assist Chief Financial Officer with the finical responsibilities, oversee accounting and finance departments, while
assessing staff and reviewing budgets; Interpreting financial data, forecasting of financial trends, recommending
financial changes and adjustments; Developing procedures, making future financial plans for the business;
Conducting investigations and studying material, investigating competitors, keeping up to date of market trends,
implementing best means of cost reduction; Assisting internal and external auditors, and overseeing accounting
responsibilities.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
B.S. or foreign equivalent in Business Administration.
RATE OF PAY:
$92,518.00/Year.

POSITION TITLE:
Staff Accountant
POSITION DUTIES:
Assist with weekly payroll; Maintain reconcile bank statements on monthly basis; Overseeing invoicing approval/
setup, write purchase orders, credit card reconciliation review, review source documents (ex. leases, contracts, etc.); Prepare and create/modify chart of accounts, assist with financial reporting budget preparation, including maintain balance sheet, reconciliation spreadsheets; Prepare cash flow forecast, prepare monthly journal entries for general ledger close, prepare and submit monthly P&L, prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation, as requested, prepare monthly variance analysis; Assist with 1099 production and scheduling; Other task/duties as assigned by supervisor.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
24 months’ experiences as Accountant required.
RATE OF PAY:
$49,754.00/Year.
